Web Designer/Contractor

Our expanding email and Web services group is seeking an experienced contract designer with a background in design and project management to work with our already excellent team.

The candidate must have a well-rounded understanding of graphic design and visual communication, Web page construction with modern standards, HTML email design, must be passionate about their work, motivated to create the best product for the target audience, and have the ability to communicate and execute ideas. The designer must have strong experience working with email newsletters, email promotions, landing pages, and other Web-based marketing materials. The designer must be able to produce HTML email templates, landing pages, and innovative website page designs.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in the Adobe or comparable line of products—specifically Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, and Flash. Other software experience in related tools is beneficial.

We are seeking a contractor to fill our periodic project needs.


  • Design background with solid experience in online or interactive design, in particular, HTML email design
  • Experience in designing promotional Web landing pages
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Desire to take an active role in developing, maintaining and improving our web products
  • Understanding of Web languages (XHTML, CSS, Javascript)
  • Can juggle multiple projects if necessary
  • Love of learning and continually staying current with best practices
